"Clean"

"Good location on the beach, restaurants and shops were close by. Next to lake cruises and sailing from Ski Run Marina. The beds were very hard and not that comfortable. Complementary coffee/water and fruits/pastries (usually offered in other resort lobby areas like Marriot resorts) were not available for guests using the property game room, pool, and grounds. There was a self serve/self pay snack shop next to the check-in desk. Self parking cost the same as valet parking and was not conveniently located on the property. This made getting personal items from your car or even loading your car very inconvenient. Check out time required everyone to wait for your car to be fetched."

"Overall the hotel was okay, breakfast was good. Bed blanket had spots on it with couple hairs around so that was reason for 4 stars review"

"Needs more attention on the bathroom cleaning. This is the first time that we found the bathroom not clean, like before. "

"Coffee maker needs to be cleaned. Pillows were stiff, needs to be softer. Otherwise it was a good place to stay"
