"The lodge smelt like smoke when we arrived with black dust by the fireplace.it was not cleaned, very very dusty which didn’t sit well with my allergies, the linens in the bedroom didn’t seem cleaned there was body odor on the pillows. there was dirty linens in garbage bags sitting in the bedroom tv stand. Not having internet this time a day was a killer as well. "

"Very nice place to stay, we used it as a base to cover Bryce Canyon and Zion, there are a couple of good places to eat in locally too. The only point to mention is that there is no air conditioning, this may not be an issue for many but for us in late June it was a little bit uncomfortable through the night."

"This property was conveniently located between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. The location was perfect for our family trip. The property was amazing! Nice views and comfortable space!"

"Check in was at the Red Ledges hotel, which was NOT outlined in the check in instructions at the time.(I think it’s been added since). I called the listed property phone number. No one answered and the mailbox was full. Luckily someone did message me back through hotelsdotcom and instructed us to go to red ledges. The house was freezing. The heater did not work at all. The money we saved booking a home was used on extra coats and jackets because the house was so cold. There is a wood burning...
