"The lodge smelt like smoke when we arrived with black dust by the fireplace.it was not cleaned, very very dusty which didn’t sit well with my allergies, the linens in the bedroom didn’t seem cleaned there was body odor on the pillows. there was dirty linens in garbage bags sitting in the bedroom tv stand. Not having internet this time a day was a killer as well. "

"Check in was at the Red Ledges hotel, which was NOT outlined in the check in instructions at the time.(I think it’s been added since). I called the listed property phone number. No one answered and the mailbox was full. Luckily someone did message me back through hotelsdotcom and instructed us to go to red ledges. The house was freezing. The heater did not work at all. "We found this trough Amex Expedia offers and it was more than expected. The house was clean well kept with beautifully curated interior. The view of the mountains the river that runs through the property was dreamy. We couldn’t make it the first night due to snow storm and the manager was so thoughtful and helpful assisting us and making sure we enjoyed our stay.
