"I had a really great stay at this hotel, check in was fast and room was ready. The lady at the reception was very kind and friendly, she was fantastic, I really appreciated her kindness throughout our stay! The only reason I gave this stay a 4/5 was because our pillows did have stains on them on both beds and some areas were not fully clean in the room but despite that everything else was amazing. The beds were really comfy, we even had a nice jacuzzi bath in our room and a full fridge and...

"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head.
I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person.

"Check in was horrible and unfriendly. The lady was new so the man helped and he showed no respect and acted like I should know everything about the procedure. I felt like I was inconveniencing him.
