"Unfortunately we were held up along the way and arrived in the dark. And by dark, I really mean dárk, as it was loadshedding on top of it. We just went straight to bed. The next morning we could really see our accommodation and appreciate the room. The only negative comment that I do have is that the lady that was on duty in the morning was not very professional and could not communicate properly.
