"I was travelling with a family of four in the family room. While the room was a bit tight for four people and luggage, the staff service was outstanding. My husband needed to have his glasses fixed and the staff was able to expedite having it repaired. All 5 of our luggage was lost and the staff was helpful in calling the airlines on multiple occasions to retrieve them back. We had to have laundry done due to the lost luggage and the staff helped out with that as well. Breakfast was great...

And on return to Istanbul we checked in at 01:00 am due to stormy weather causing flight delays. Located in front of Blue Mosque so can be a bit loud during calls to prayer.
