"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "The room was excellent—clean, modern, and and the location was also great, few minutes walk from the train station. I was also pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a double room, which was a fantastic touch. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are modern and have everything you need including a shower. The only thing they don't have is a TV, which is fine by me. Perfect stay. "
