"Okay, so not only was the pool still closed, they gave us 2 towels for 4 people, when we asked for extra towels they refused and acted like we were trying to rob them of their towels. They cleaned the room one time the whole week we were there and didn’t change the sheets. The room was a disaster, tissues stuck around the light in the restroom, the ceiling falling, door didn’t lock, they didn’t clean, not even sweep, we spent most days at the beach. So. Sand was very much in the floor. It was overall a full disaster. I have images of the way the room is. I just don’t know why I booked with them again… but lesson learned"
