"Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but only two towels in the room. Breakfast was very good, good selection of food and drinks. 20 minute walk into the city centre, not bad if you like to walk. "

"It's a basic hotel with basic facilities. Yet, regarding price-quality it's fine. It's not a 10 but it's certainly an 8. We like the rooftop terrace in the evening, it's refreshing and there is a roundview over the town and the surrounding mountains. The location is right in the historic centre of the town. Maybe we would come here again when we go back to Ribes."

"Excellent manager. Helped us making changes to our reservation giving us a room with private bathroom as soon as we arrived. Also, I have to say that the restaurant in the property is THE BEST OF THE BEST. The staff and the food were simply AMAZING. Five Stars to all of them."
