"This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. "The staff the property the decorative finish is all beautiful. The hotel communal areas also have an amazing smell and of course the Room is spacious classic and spectacular. My one and only negative observation “no matter how hard I tried the Breakfast Cheff can not execute a perfect fried or poached egg. And the Ala’Cart Cheff severs me a Raw Burger then having sent it back continued to grill the same patty till it was cremated and basically wrecked it. It think the management need to remind...

"Room was clean but shower leaked. Informed staff, maintenence fellow came by right away and after looking at it said he jad to order a part. We went a week with the shower flooding the floor. It wasn't fixed while we were there.Otherwise everything was fine. Location isn't by a lot of shops but within a good walking distance. "
