The apartment/room was great as there was a seperate room for my wife and I, the kitchen was well equiped and made breakfest and dinners easy. The coffee machine was a filter machine, so bring your own coffee. The hotels provides complimentary tea and instant coffee -a note for those of us from Britain- there is no milk however.
The hotel was immaculately clean with numerous staff keeping on top of it all. Staff were always pleasent, smiling and very helpful. The hotel introduced a gummy-sweets station which my children were very grateful for. The hotel also has a water cooler station providing still and sparkling water for which my wife and I were grateful for.
The pool is clean and pleasent, seating can be limited but as your room is never far away it was never an issue, cooling down at the end of a hot day was great.
Hotel is easily accessible by public transport, about 30 minutes from the airport. A useful note; your public transport ticket is valid for 1-hour from time of validation therefore you only need 1 ticket to travel from airport to hotel or hotel to town centre.
Toulouse is a lovely city and has a small town feel. The centre is packed with culture, eating and shopping opportunities, well worth a visit. You can see Beluga planes near daily, if these type of things excite you."
