This is a good hotel, with a decent restaurant. Some airport hotel's are pretty bare bones, but this one is well set up. Unfortunately I was only there for one night, so I couldn't take advantage of the spa amenities.

Slow check in, but helpful staff. Dinner at the restaurant was good and hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport a 5 minute drive. You can also walk to the hotel after dropping off your rental car at the airport.

Don’t miss out

Our stay was one of the most pleasurable and welcoming experiences we’ve ever had. From the get go, everything was smooth and the venue so beautiful. We particularly loved the mini vineyard and courtyard area. Staff are exceptional, tending to everything with positivity and our dining experiences at La Vie en Rose just fabulous, showcasing some of Toulouse’s wonderful produce and wine. I was very impressed with this hotel

I used this hotel as I was working at the airport for a few days. It’s a super clean hotel. Room and en-suite bathroom were a good size. Staff were nice. I walked to and from the hotel 15-20 minutes. It’s an airport hotel so not a lot happening nearby.

A bit diapointing

Stuck at the airport for 24 hrs alone, I thought I'd treat myself to a bit of comfort. But this hotel really missed the mark. The service was great, super efficient and friendly. The hotel was just a bit below par. Blocked hand basin in my room. Glasss, bottles, ice bucket from the previous ocupant out side my room when I arrived, & it was still there when I left. The decor is all a bit jaded in the hallways, horribly out of date even though I would guess it's not long since it was decorated. The room was sterile. Nothing of any character or warmth about the interior & an average bed. A constant and persistant hum prevailed. The gym had an air of abandoment, much of the equipment is old, there was nothing to clean seats or grab rails before you used the machines. The hotel had QR codes around saying they are trying to get their star rating up, but they're on the wrong track. It felt municipal. The restaraunt was expensive, and again, trying too hard in the wrong places. My opinion is that they should skip striving for stars and concentrate on the human comforts and creating some sort of atmosphere. It's not a cheap hotel which makes it all the more diapointing.
