"This place turned out to be better than I expected. We got the premium king corner (Spa) room. It was newly renovated and clean. Loved the huge tub in the bathroom. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. I’m the type to bring my own pillow because I’m picky, but their pillows were terrific! "

"A gorgeous historical hotel in a fabulous location, however, it was not made obvious that because of that there are no elevators. I came with an ADA person and we were on the top floor of a sold out hotel. Additionally, while there was an AC unit in the room it was very small and never cooled down the entire room. We were lucky to be there when it wasn’t very warm. I can’t imagine staying here during the harsh summer months. "

"Overall, our stay was not a great experience. Flooring upon entry to the Kasa property was dirty and sticky. The elevator was dirty and smelled like trash/old food. (probably from the neighboring restaurants that utilize the elevator.) Upon entering the room, Everything seemed to be in order, freshly stocked, but I noticed the bed was incredibly low, which, if you enjoy your shins, good luck. The bed's headboard was also broken, and the nightstand shelves were angled, making it almost impossible to leave a basic water bottle on, as it could slide off. The bathroom/shower had black mold near the bottom joints near the shower pan itself, and near the wheels of the shower door.. which, for sure, I would consider a health concern. The shower bottle holders (for shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) also had excessive rust buildup, same goes for the towel holder near the shower. The kitchen area was nice and clean, but then, over time, there was an issue with cockroaches in the living room/kitchen area. It was a major issue, as knowing we would have liked to bring food back "home" during our stay... We (my girlfriend and I) couldn't. The couch in the living room area also had stains on the cushions... Which were definitely not sitting there... There were also issues with the front door, where it was not closing properly due to the strike plate being either completely off the wall, the codes not functioning (meaning asking neighboring businesses to open doors to allow access)"
