Muito agradável.

Hotel super bem cuidado, confortável, boa comida. Ponto negativo é a falta de aquecimento nos quartos (ao menos na ala inverno), pois é um local bastante úmido e o lençol térmico não supre a necessidade.

hotel sem preparo para inverno

O hotel não está preparado para receber hópedes no inverno. Nao tem ar condicionado quente no quarto. o baheiro grande e muiiiito frio, piso sem calefação tudo muito gelado, tinha lençol termico na cama porem somente 1 lado funcionava e foi feito reclamação sem solucao, ficamos de quinta a domingo na frente de uma pequena lareira no corredor do hotel sem nehuma atração, pois o pic nic foi cancelado. Cama pequena acredito que nao era uma cama queen. Decepcionante

Excelente hotel, com refeições de boa qualidade. O destaque vai para a piscina com borda infinita, que é fantástica! Além disso, há a possibilidade de utilizar o parque aquático do grupo, que fica no mesmo complexo, sem custo extra.

ECOAR… um vale de felicidade!

Tudo muito bom. Ofereceram 1 espumante pelos nossos 45 anos de casamento. E deixaram sair do quarto às 13:00 h. SUGESTÃO :Oferecer café/ leite/ pão e acompanhamentos também no jantar. Tem pessoas que fazem alimentação mais leve à noite. ( costume ou por indicação médica)…. Poderia ser oferecido opcionalmente , bife para crianças ( meu neto de 3 anos só come bifinho com macarrão… pretendo leva-lo em início de maio

É a segunda vez que visito o resort, a primeira foi em julho de 2024 para comemorar o aniversário da minha mãe e foi muito especial. Desta vez, no entanto, fui para comemorar o meu aniversário, e infelizmente não teve nada, nem o bolinho com velas na cesta de piquenique, nem parabéns no restaurante, creio que esqueceram mesmo, apesar de avisarmos quando perguntaram se tinha alguma data especial. Quanto à estadia, foi ótima, tudo perfeito, porém não retornaremos mais para datas comemorativas devido ao ocorrido.

Excelente atendimento dos funcionários, o que não gostamos foram as restrições referente ao pet, nem na recepção é permitido, custo alto na diária do pet R$ 175,00 a diária, mesmo tendo uma área externa no restaurante não foi permitido, o nosso pet não fica sozinho no chalé, inclusive ele quase não anda tem um carrinho de transporte, após conversar com a gerente ela disponibilizou um funcionário para fazer companhia de nosso cão, na área externa da recepção, enquanto fazíamos as refeições. Refeições boas (café da manhã, almoço, café da tarde e jantar), o que deixou a desejar foi o preparo das carnes bovina. A propriedade é muito bem cuidada, belos jardins, chalé excelente e bem aconchegante.
