"The overall stay was 7/10! Signs ask guests not to bring outside food to the pool area or patio but two different groups had snacks and drinks with them! We wanted to have our snacks but didn't. There was mold in oue shower too- please take care of that. Otherwise, we had a lovely and relaxed time."

"Staff were exceptional, arranged collection transfer from the port and return transfer to the airport. Laura at the beach was so pleasant and accommodating. Daniel in the restaurant could not do enough for you. The hotel although listed as 4 star should be shown as 5 star as I have stayed in 5 star hotels that have not come close to this hotel."

"Room wasn’t ready on arrival, over 2 hours after check in time. House keeping were apologetic, less so the owner on the phone. Couldn’t open and close bedroom door - hits the bed. Initial impression of cleanliness but stains on curtains, dust clouds under the sofa, stains on balcony floor. Lack of attention to detail eg: broken bottle opener, no battery in the clock. We were told Breakfast wasn't available, also told it wasn't open as well as told it wasn't part of our package so not really sure in the end!
