"I called the Hotel. At 1st instance they said room is not available at such low cost. Then again they called me and said they can arrange the dormitory in the rate I booked. I told them that I booked Double Delexe Room with AC With attached bath, then how you can give me Dormitory?. Then they offered me double Room but for that I have to pay three times extra per day. This is complete unprofessional behaviour from hotel. They are offering lower cost on Expedia. And in actual they are asking four...

"They didn't have my room, i was transferred to the hotel close to m called batra Holliday home which was worst than them. dirty, AC was was not working all the time and management was terrible, the area it self for both hotels were were terrible and smelly not recommending these tow hotels at all, such a waste of this much money in that area with these hotel managments."

"This is the worst stay I have ever had. Linens were smelly, in tatters and as if never washed! Bathroom too dirty and broken to use! Noisy with staff talking loudly all night. Furniture and beds broken! Very unhygienic and unsafe place to stay. Should not be listed on Expedia."
