We have taken a 4000 mile trip at this point and this was by far the best hotel we have stayed in! Clean room, comfortable bed, well maintained property. The staff was VERY helpful, answering all are questions and giving suggestions of things to do. Breakfast was great! Had a lot to offer.

We love the balcony on the river in the hot tub in the pool. Breakfast is quite good with biscuits and gravy. It was very nice tall. We had a great sack. People are very kind and I enjoyed it was clean. Will come back.

I liked the pool and the hot tub area..but our rooms ceiling was dripping from something upstairs onto the loveseat and the people staying in the room next to ours had a dog that barked the whole time it was awake ..not very enjoyable...complained several times and they just kept saying we will talk to them and let them know that the dog is bothering u...said they had several complaints about said dog but nothing but a talk was done...

The hotel itself was in a good place to be able to walk or use the trolley to get to and from Gatlinburg. The free breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very nice overall. The hotel itself is very dated and not as clean as it could have been, but for the price it was worth it overall.
