One of the best hotels we've stayed at.
Location excellent.
Felt like a valued customer despite only staying one night.
Had an issue in the room which was resolved and compensated by staff.
It's quite expensive, and drinks were too, but the overall experience is first class.

Stayed here last year also whilst visiting the area. Perfect location for getting around, shops and restaurants that you can walk too, great for a stroll at night. Staff on reception very friendly. Rooms absolutely spotless loads of space. Love love love! Will be back again next year to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Plenty parking too.

We had a wonderful few days at Fireflies and Moonshine. What a wonderful property in the woods away from the crowds and the noise of Gatlinburg but close enough to all the amenities and walking trails. The hot tub was a lovely way to wind down after a day in the mountains and the house was equipped with everything you could need for self catering.

I was very impressed by The Inn on the River. I stayed a couple of nights here while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The hotel is conveniently located, the facilities and rooms are very good and everything was immaculately clean, most importantly the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and it is nice to return to the real fire roaring in the lobby when you’re getting in late!
I would happily stay here again and I would recommend it.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect for me, with an easy walk to The Island and all of its shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was also just a short drive to Dollywood, which was a huge bonus.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The property itself is charming, well maintained, and has a really inviting atmosphere.
