"The room was ok but the bathroom was not. There was hair in the tub and on the back of the toilet bowl. Dropped something and when I got down the pick it up the floor under the counter had not been cleaned. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was also good."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures on the website are very misleading. The king room did not have a jacuzzi. There were several roaches crawling around mainly in the bathroom. We slept with the lights on. The sheets had pubic looking hairs and there was a blanket on the bed that was full of hairs. I slept on top of the comforter with my jacket as a blanket. I checked in quickly and left to get to an event and made it in past midnight so I didn’t bother trying to go to another room. They definitely don’t clean well. The refrigerator was not cool and I noticed it was leaking water in the floor. The microwave looked nasty. After seeing the roaches, I wasn’t interested in looking to see what was for breakfast. The room should have been cheaper than what I paid for it. In addition, when I first arrived my receipt had additional charges written on it. I questioned it and marked through it. Next morning when checking out, an elderly couple was complaining about extra fees they were charged . They were given the run around and when asked for a receipt the receptionist said they were out of printer ink. Seems a little scammy. Beware. I should’ve read the reviews before booking. "

"Roach large roach waiting for em on window shade when I awoke and on the ceiling were multiple maybe lady bugs or something that looked like them. Very noisy, not a very good night sleep. "

"This was hands down the best Holiday Inn experience I’ve had. The hotel is very modern and clean. I was convinced it was newly built although it’s been there for a few years now. Although it’s close to the freeway and I could occassionally hear cars, it did not stop us from having a restful night. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean as well. The staff was also great! Brandy greeted us when we arrived and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout our stay. When I thought it couldn’t get any better, I went down for breakfast and was blown away. Top tier and delicious. I almost forgot that I was eating at a hotel (and not a restaurant). I normally book at Marriott, but this experience has definitely made me a Holiday Inn fan. So, much so, I booked another Holiday Inn for my upcoming stay in Alabama. I hope it’s just as great of a stay as this property because they’ve definitely set the bar high. "
