Hotel Keluarga di Gatwick

"Beautiful Hotel, Deeply Disappointing Experience. 1/5 Stars Hilton Gatwick is a magnificent building, conveniently connected to the South Terminal. Unfortunately, my experience was distressing. Recovering from major abdominal surgery with severe pain and limited mobility, I contacted the hotel before and after booking to arrange a nearby room, luggage assistance and wheelchair transport to British Airways. All were assured. Despite explaining my condition again at check-in, I was assigned...

"Great spot, actually attached to the North Terminal. Super easy when catching an early flight or coming in late and would highly recommend. Staff were helpful and friendly, buffet breakfast was fine, minor downside no mini fridge in room and no streaming options on the TV."

"Perfect for one night to enable you to get an early flight"

"Dirty bathroom and broken toilet seat. No room-service available at all and only buffet in restaurant, no a la carte in evening. We had to order Deliveroo like at home! Staff not really helpful at reception. Room facing the inside courtyard of the hotel so artificial light all night! Paid way too much for spending a very bad night there. Will never return!"

"It is convenient for a solo traveler who has early flights. I just wished the check-in time could be earlier."

"Stayed for one night before a flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was ok- could have been cleaner. Baseboards were quite dusty and bathroom had beard shavings on sink and floor. Bed was comfortable and clean. Restaurant attached was a treat! Taxi ride to the airport cost £27."
