"The room was not ready. We waited 45-1hr. Then the mirror in bathroom was not clean had handprints all over. There wasn't a bath mat, there were only two bath towels one for each guest. Toiletries were enough for two people. TV would not come on desk personnel stated outage?? The breakfast buffet was excellent!! Checked out early since tv not working. "We booked through Expedia, which was a mistake. I printed all of the reservation confirmation information which stated the arrangements for check-in after 9PM needed prior handling. However NO WHERE in the reservation confirmation was a phone number for Rainbow Courts nor for Expedia. I found a number for the motel on the internet but it ended up being a chat bot that didn’t recognize my itinerary number nor my phone number after repeating both multiple times. So frustrating.
