"Excellent, budget friendly option! Clean rooms and property. The staff are amazing and helpful. The community is a mix of long term residents and short term visitors. One of the few in this price point that offer a cook top, which was refreshing. For a shorter term stay with cooking options, you can walk on over to Goodwill in the shopping center next door- grab a skillet and spatula for under $8; walk to Rouse's or DG, opt for healthier food to cook in room or Door Dash groceries. Laundry room was great. Not only is it located in its own setting with ATM and Vending, it offers digital or coins and three machines for washer and three for drying, which is rare on a hotel site."

"We booked and paid for our room four months ago. We arrived at approximately 3:40 p.m. only to be told that there would be a $15 fee for early check-in and that our room wasn’t ready anyway. Nor would it be ready at the actual check-in time of 4:00 p.m. When would it be ready? No idea. Ignore the fact that their policy states late charges depend on availability BEFORE 3:00 p.m. We were there well after that. Why would our room not be ready at check-in time?? You took our money four months ago! Of course the line was huge at 4:00 p.m. due to people arriving by some sort of charter. Again told our room was not ready and we said no, that’s not how it works. Do we get to check out whenever we want then? We were then given an accessible room. Feel sorry for whoever actually needed it. Finally get to our room after waiting in a huge elevator line. We have four registered guests but there is one bath towel. Asked the very unfriendly worker in the hall for more and she could only give us two. Told us to call downstairs. I’m sure they’d answer. /s We did meet a very friendly employee in the hallway who said she would hang some towels on our doorknob which she did. Thank you kind lady! Besides all of that, the sheets were stained and dirty. Not sure if they were changed or not. Also hair everywhere - on sink, on toilet, on floor, and on beds. Gross. Don’t know if the cleaning person was shedding but either way it’s disgusting. Not clean by any definition. Won’t be back obviously."

"We had a fantastic stay at Palace Resort Hotel in Biloxi, MS. The highlight of our visit was the buffet, which offered an excellent selection of delicious food and exceeded our expectations. The staff throughout the property were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. We stayed in a 2 Queen View Room, which was surprisingly spacious and perfect for our family of four, including two teenage children. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling cramped. The combination of excellent dining, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding customer service made for a memorable stay. We would gladly stay at Palace Resort Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Biloxi."

"Everyone at this hotel was so nice, from check in to check out!! I witness another guest being disrespectful to the young man and the front desk when she was checking out and he was so patient and professional. Much nicer than I would have been. The hotel seems older, but has been renovated, so the bathroom is on the smaller side. This wasnt really an issue for us; just something to be aware of. Room was clean and the AC worked great."
