Very accommodating staff: we reached early afternoon and they stored our luggage so that we could go out and visit places. We ate all meals in the restaurant—the staff was super friendly and food was great (they prepared non spicy vegetarian food for us, exactly as we wanted).

The staff is absolutely clueless and unprofessional. They gave me a key to an already occupied room upon check in. I went to the room and found people inside. They take more than an hour to deliver a tea and then keep on pushing like 90’s government employees. I had a guest ( a priest as went there for rituals which is why the place is known for) and they denied them entry and asked to meet them outside. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I did the mistake to book the room with 2 single beds, those beds were actually so very small, I had the feeling to do some camping. Also I wasn't too lucky with the shower, I stayed 2 nights and on the 2nd day, imposibl to get hot water, no choice than going to the breakfast unshowered... Air conditioning was litl hard to master, either on = too cold, either switched off, too hot.... Wifi otherwise, perfect, same as the location, perfect. Front staff and door staff otherwise not very helpful at all, I had to find my own street transportation to the airport, never mind. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and delicious options, also all staff at the restaurant very friendly and helpful, especially also very very big help and excellent service from Aman Mishra at the restaurant.

Hotel ambience good I am totally unhappy with the food I ate there. On night they served me Non veg which seemed to me bit unacceptable taste . Breakfast was ok, but coffee machine not working. Overall something missing

Property was fine but the check in was horrible. They didn't comply with the policies of this website. They asked me to pay for breakfast for my kids which was supposed to be complimentary. They wanted us to book only through ITC WEBSITE. as per Mr Nayan manager. Not a good experience He said accommodation is for 4 but breakfast only for 2 adults, children not included. Never heard this before.

We had an excellent stay. Hotel was very well maintained and luxurious. Centrally located and close to the popular attractions. Staff were very attentive, courteous and eager to make us feel comfortable. Mahima ji and Reena ji in house keeping ensured room was clean and welcoming. Monisho ji in dining service ensured that our specific dining needs were met. Tahseen ji and the reception staff have exceeded all our expectations.

Very accommodating kitchen staff. The rooms very nice. Would it if the front desk folks would follow through on requests that they would turn down/off the piped pop music late in the night and early mornings. It's hard to meditate when Madonna and Michael Jackson are bopping it up. And one does want to meditate when in Bodhgaya.

The Hotel is in a great location , just 4 minutes by e-richshaw to the Mahabodhi Temple ( 50 Rupees per ride and easily available anytime ) the rooms are spacious and clean . Breakfast ist excellent the chef personally take orders , and there is also a buffet with south indian, indian and internationals option The reception and security staff are very frierndly always greeting guest with Namaste and very helpful the Hotel has been open for about six months and is well maintained . The only negative point is that the car fare to the Airport ist more expensive than elswhere. Overall, we are very satisfied and recommend it.

While the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean, I felt it was a l very impersonal place, and the feel of more like a three and a half star hotel (it looks better in photos online). The AC never went below 24 degrees. I called reception a few times and they told me 'in 20 minutes' it will get cooler but it never did. They said they were replacing a belt for the AC. Except that there was a ceiling fan, it would not have been bearable to stay in the room as it was so hot and humid at this time. There were also numerous power cuts, but there is a back-up generator. I was surprised to only discover later that I had paid for full board, but they never told me this at check-in, so I only got breakfast. I was too late arriving, as my train was delayed, but they could have given me complimentary lunch at least before I left having got neither lunch nor dinner that I had paid for. But it was good value for the room. Not sure I'd recommend. I think I would try Hyatt next time. There is a small pool which did not appear on the website. They arranged driver to take me to Patna. Not cheap but a good car and careful driver.
