Nice place and nice people, that particular day looks like they had big event , breakfasts dinning area was very crowded but staff was trying hard to accommodate all and keep service in line.

The Master Chef Of The Grand Hotel
Son yolculuğum sırasında sadece 1 gece ailemile beraber bu otelde konaklama fırsatı buldum ve deneyimimden son derece memnun kaldım. Odaların temizliği ve rahatlığı gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Oda büyüklüğü oldukça iyiydi. Otelin otopark hizmeti de oldukça kullanışlıydı, araçla seyahat edenler için bu büyük bir avantaj. Ancak en büyük sürpriz, otelde akşam yemeğiydi. Bu bölgede deniz ürünleri yemeklerini denemeyi sürpriz oldu. Oteldeki usta, muhteşem bir balık yemeği hazırladı. Gaziantep yorumuyla olamayacak kadar enfes bir lezzetti. Genel olarak, bu otel mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi sunuyor. Temizlik, rahatlık, otopark hizmeti ve özellikle muhteşem balık yemeği ile beni etkiledi. Eğer bu bölgede konaklama arıyorsanız, kesinlikle burayı tavsiye ederim.

Personal, Zimmer ist super. Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat ist das Frühstück. In Gaziantep würde ich aber sowieso draussen essen da es dafür Berühmt ist

Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve her şey de çok yardımcı oluyorlar ama otelin temizliğini beğenmedim. ilk giriş yaptığımda odanın tuvaleti pisti resepsiyonu aradım odamı değiştirdiler ikinci odada kirliydi sonra biri gelip temizledi. Bir şey istediğinizde hemen yardımcı oluyorlar ama ben gelmeden önce oda kontrol edilip o şekilde misafire verilmeliydi. Otopark hizmeti ve yemekleri güzeldi ama odanın temizliği şahsen benim için ilk kriter :)

10/10, would come again.
Very pleasant stay; great service. Gorgeous spa/sauna + great massage services. Up to par with other 4/5-star hotels in other countries. They also let us check in early and check out late. We tried the restaurant in the hotel and really liked the fish soup (balik corba). Some basic Turkish is recommended if you want to communicate clearly with the hotel staff!

Overall very good
Hotel was clean, staff wore masks, where helpful and polite. Room was slightly on the small side, but bed was comfy. Breakfast was one of the better ones I have had in a hotel.

bebeğimiz ile gittiğimiz aile gezisinde güzel bir konaklama deneyimi oldu. otel i sadece kahvaltı ve yatış amaçlı kullandığımız ve gün içerisinde gaziantep seyahatinde olduğumuz için ek imkanlarından yararlanmadık, kahvaltı açık büfe garson tarafından hijyene dikkat edilerek tabaklara konuluyor, çeşit yeterliydi, kişi başı ek ücreti 50tl. Odaya bebek beşiği ayarlanmış, konforlu bir yatak hazırlanmış. temizliğe özen gösteriliyordu.
