It was a great stay for us, and the location was fantastic. Also, don’t sleep on their breakfast! There’s no need to go anywhere else for breakfast (highly, highly recommend you go at least once as they have a lot of traditional Polish breakfast items to choose from)! We would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is great. We loved the location, breakfast, and the room. I wish it had a coffee maker, but otherwise the hotel is among the best I've ever stayed in,
The location of this hotel is just excellent - within walking distance of the Neptune Fountain and Main Town Hall Tower. There are many restaurant options nearby. The hotel itself is pretty new and the room we stayed in was comfortable (not too small like other hotels we stayed at). The breakfast is good, though not as elaborate as Hampton by Hilton locations in Krakow and Warsaw City Centre.
If I had one minor complaint - it would be that the water pressure in the shower was extremely low/non-existent, though we saw this in other hotels in Poland as well.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
Clean, spacious rooms, an amazing breakfast selection, and a staff that goes the extra mile. You step right out the front door into the magic of Gdańsk's historic streets. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Nice place, great location. Movie posters in the lobby were American, but we're in Poland?? Poland has an amazing film industry, so why not Polish film posters which are an art form. Everyone in our group noticed that and didn't like it...and it's not about being anti-American at all.
”Perfect base for exploring”
"We stayed here for three nights and it was excellent. The location is truly unbeatable—you are right in the heart of Old Town, steps from the Long Market and all the main sights. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and the beds are super comfortable.
A big shout-out to the breakfast team; it's a busy buffet, but they keep it stocked, and the waffle maker was a hit every morning. The staff were also very helpful with local maps and tram directions.
The location of this hotel is ideal. Also, the breakfast buffet, though limited offerings, is still good. The reason for the missing stars in my rating is our check-in experience. We waited for 4 hours to be given a room. We travelled for 16 hours and expected at least some consideration but the front desk staff pretended to care but really didn’t care. There were others who arrived later than us and were given rooms right away. We were practically sleeping on the lobby couch while waiting. When I kept going back to the girl at front desk she told me the room “intended” for us was not yet ready. My husband and I are not the complaining types but I feel that this experience needed to be told.
Central location with easy access to the local shops and restaurants.
Hotel clean and comfy, staff helpful.
Just can't open the bedroom windows to get some local fresh-air.
