Room is of decent size. Bed is Ok. Large shower. Polite and friendly staff. Wist the aircon worked as it get very hot in summers. Everything is within walking distance.

Good overall, perfect location, staff lovely and helpful. Those cleaning other rooms in morning were too load, foyer smelled (lifts and corridors too) and breakfast to too expensive (relatively speaking).

This property is ideally situated for all the central attractions in Gdansk. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Their standard of professionalism was very high. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would be very happy to recommend it to others.

We had little trouble with keycards, no big issues but little bit irritating when in front of door and the key does not work. The hotel was nice.

Location is great. Parking is not close so if you have a lot of luggage, getting it all to the room is not easy. The showers are terrible in design. You have almost 2/3 high meter to step into a small plastic tub. Water shoots out everywhere on to the floor. Very slippery and dangerous. Restaurant food was good. Staff was ok.

My family and I travel to Gdansk twice per year. We always stay in the heart of old town. We decide to switch it up this time. We are glad we did. Hotel location is Excellent! You are right next to stores, 3 min walk to train station and 5 min. walk to old town. Staff were nice and helpful. Everyone spoke English, or tolerated my broken Polish. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great everyday. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Gdansk. We will be returning there next time.

Heilt topp, bestilte familie rommet og det var egentlig 2rom med 2dører imellom for å få mindre lyd, som de antageligvis kunne ha låst og brukt de som vanlige rom. Dette var bra for meg, for eg reiste med min tenårings datter og hu hadde med seg ein venninne. Hadde egentlig lyst å bestille hvert sitt rom, men valgte dette hotellet akkurat begrunn av de hadde familierom med 2rom, slik jeg hadde litt kontroll. Fantastisk utsikt, grei bar, gå avstand til det meste👍
