The breakfest was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the food at the resturant was really good. One of the best hotels i have been too. The only thing we think could improve was that the bed was a bit hard. But overall a great hotell that we will come back to.

Modern hotel close to old town

Hotel is modern and new, in a very good location, just 5 minute walk from old town, and many restaurants. Rooms are spacious and fresh. Friendly staff. Our room was quite warm even though we adjusted the air conditioning. Each room has a kettle, which is always nice. I should have requested more pillows as the bed was comfortable to sleep in but not so much to sit an watch TV. The pool is really nice, clean and big enough to have a swim. I would stay again.

Nice, could be better.

The pillows could be better and there should be more of them. There was no smart place for bathrobes and towels to dry. the toilet hooks were placed too low. The services could be improved, the staff didn't say hello in the lobby and the bar always looked closed, no staff anywhere.

Cheap but you only get what you pay for

It was nice to receive a free bottle of wine upon our arrival. Facilities and breakfast buffet are great too, and the restaurant serves good food. The double bed is small, and the mattress actually extends some 10 cm beyond the edge of the bed, making it uncomfortable and easy to fall out of the bed while sleeping. Problems arose on day 2 and day 3 when housekeeping didn’t bother to make our bed, and when we asked for the room to be cleaned at the reception in the afternoon we came back in the evening to a room uncleaned. We also found blood stains on curtains and in the sheets. The hotel receptionist’s only response when told about this was: “We will make it up to you next time”. Unfortunately, with this level of service provided, I don’t think there will be a next time. Poor cleaning is not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel.

Good overall but room for a few small improvements such as: one regular pillow and a small square pillow (both too flat) was not suitable - although the hotel did provide an extra regular pillow upon request which was good. Providing a safe in the room is a must and fairly common practice, so it's surprising the hotel does not do this. At breakfast, the bread for toasting in the toaster was stale every day (or it was just stale tasting bread) either way not very nice. More prepared fresh fruit should be provided, rather than just melon pieces. A "have a nice trip" or "we hope you enjoyed your stay" is normal and would be nice upon check out, rather than simply "that's everything, goodbye".

Riktigt bra hotell nära gamla stan

Bra rum, lite hård men ok säng. God frukost. Tillräckligt polskt för att det skulle kännas kul att prova något nytt och tillräckligt internationellt för att man ska kunna hitta något man brukar äta. Jag testade tonfiskröran och kall äggig röra på bröd. Väldigt goda. Kaffe och te var också bra enligt min smak. Poolen var gratis, behövde ingen förbokning och barn var tillåtna hela tiden. 7-21. För oss som hade ett barn med och sena vanor passade det fint. Det lät en del i poolen men det förväntade vi oss. Det var mysigt med varmt rött sken. Fanns liten bastu som var ok. Gymmet var också bra. Vi åkte kollektivtrafik dit från tågstationen, gick smidigt, hållplats nära hotellet. Något med academin hette spårvagnshållplatsen.
