"Nice property! Loved being right on the river. Close to everything and all the staff was friendly. Everything was clean.
Breakfast was lacking compared to what other hotels offer in terms of variety.
We got caught twice at the pool where there were no clean towels. I would say bring your own from home if possible as there is no daily room service, so you would be caught trying to find someone looking for extras if you bring them from your room.
Also, even though the rooms advertise the pull out couch as a bed bring your own bedding. Upon arrival we noticed there no extra blankets for the pull out. We asked the front desk for bedding and were told it was fully made up. There was a single sheet on it. No actual blankets. They did end up giving us one thin blanket though.
Overall we would stay again, just come a little more prepared. We loved the condo feel with hotel amenities.

"It was lovely! We had some great memories there. The inside pool was a nice temperature too. My kids enjoyed the jet tub and I enjoyed the balcony view. Worth it. "
"The staff is amazing here. The property is very dated, but the views and location are top tier. The spa was incredible the massage therapist was a true healer. The fitness center was nice and the pool was lovely. I would possibly stay here again, now that I have an expectation. "
"This property is in a great location in Seaside and overall we had an OK stay. The property is very outdated. Things were old and pretty sparse. For three of us in a double queen room, there were only two chairs at a small dining table in addition to the beds so not many places to sit and relax. We brought our small dog, which was nice, although they use some kind of room deodorizer that was overpowering and very strong. I had a headache the first night from it. It thankfully dissipated a lot by the second night. The breakfast was an offering of breads, bagels, cereals, fruit juice, coffee, teas, flavored yogurts, apples, oranges and hard boiled eggs. Plan to bring protein, if starting your day with that is important to you! There’s a mini fridge, microwave and cooktop in the room. Although there was dish ware and silverware, we had to ask for pots and pans. My husband and son said the hot tub was nice and warm. We also enjoyed the offering of cookies at 6:00pm each evening. They were yummy! The staff was OK. Some were very nice while others seemed put out. I really wish it was a nicer place. Not sure we’ll go back."
