"The staff couldn't be kinder or more helpful, the reception staff were so informative and kind, and the valet were friendly and prompt. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to keep us comfortable. The only "negative" we can think of is that on our first night we were given a room that had a tiny toilet/shower that was only seperated from the sleeping room by a thin folding door (literally arms length from the bed). "Very nice place to live in eyup sultan. Very beautiful hotel and clean. Right inn the heart of eyup Sultan. Food, cafe shopping. Everything is nearby, I did not se any alcohol in this area, so we enjoyed this place very much. Very close to eyup sultan masjid, so we went there many times. The hotell stuff is not so good in english, but they will try ther best to help you anyway. It was a very good hotel, and will come back again. Those who want to live at a islamic vibe hotel should come...
