"The location is good and it's a charming building inside. The rooms are colorful and pleasantly decorated. Do keep in mind there are winding staircases to get to the rooms. It could be two if you're on the upper floor. Bathrooms were problematic--they were having problems with the water heater and on our last day we were partly without water. Hopefully fixed by now. There is someone at the reception desk only from 8 lam to 2 pm. The rest of the time you're on your own. It was fine for a...

"This hotel was beautiful! Everyone who works there was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and made special by the surroundings of the dining room. We could easily walk to shops, markets, and the ferry port, but after one outing decided it's probably best to stay in after dark."

"Estaba amplio limpio céntrico"

"El recepcionista de la noche es terrible"

"Camas bastante incómodas Toallas percudida La habitación muy pequeña colindante con otro edificio lo que no permitió abrir las cortinas. El encargado del front Desk muy maleducado en el turno de la mañana. No me gustó para nada."

"Everyone at the front desk aided me during my stay at one point which is such a level of consistency that is often overlooked, the only hiccup was my last day I was in a rush for time as I was leaving and was not promptly asked for my bfast order and I must say the bfrast was great when I did have it. The bed was so comfortable, I really liked the spaciousness of the room."

"The staff was ok but the room and tv poor"

"Muito bem localizada, equipe acolhedora, quarto simples e limpo. Café da manha é pago a parte, simples e gostoso."

"I experienced two troubling incidents that left me seriously questioning this hotel’s professionalism. First, while I was showering, housekeeping insisted on entering my room despite my repeatedly telling them to return later. They entered anyway and remained for several minutes, completely disregarding my objections. I have no idea what they were doing, but entering and remaining in an occupied room against a guest’s explicit wishes is an unacceptable invasion of privacy. The second incident...

"Create location, health lobby as well, renovated lobby as well renovated rooms are dated and kind of old betting is pretty cheap fine for a value oriented customer but I don’t know. It’s just a little on that rough side for me. staff were very helpful service level from staff with excellent overall."

"Por la web contraté una habitación doble de 33 m2 Y me entregaron una habitación o cuarto de 15 m2 Me quejé a la administración pero me dijeron que era correcto. Me siento estafado ya que en la web ofrecen una cosa y luego entregan otra. En general siempre elijo habitaciones dobles o suite de nivel medio a superior. En este caso me dieron una habitación single de servicio con cama de matrimonio. La verdad una vergüenza"

"Veldig bra beliggenhet på hotellet. Samt hyggelig personal. Anbefales"

"I booked this hotel because was a Holiday Inn, had a pool, fitness center and the photos were lovely. However, This was a horrible stay. The pictures must have been stick photos because they did not accurately describe this place. We left after one night and took a loss on the booking. The rooms were old and the whole place had a gross vibe. I was excited for the pool but the floor it was on was being renovated and there was an awful noxious toxic smell so bad I had to leave. I asked the desk if...
