"We had an excellent stay at the Hub. It is very well located. The reception staff, in particular Marius, were very helpful, friendly and efficient. We were just feet away from the central train station, and about a 10 minute walk from the Opera House and Munch Museum. City Hall and the Royal Palace was about a 20 minute walk away. The hotel is located close to many restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options, and even includes a Barista. The drinks in the rooftop bar...

"They don’t have some of the amenities like a small refrigerator, but the staff was kind enough to let me keep something that I had already bought in their fridge. On the frustrating side I told them when I arrived that I likely would need to leave a day early. They said it was no problem, but when the time to cancel, they said I could not. When I complained about this, they did give me a partial refund. So the staff was great, but I think the management was a bit a penny, pincher. They...

"The washer/dryer was a disaster. I planned to wash my clothes, which is why I chose this location. The washer takes 1.5 hours, and the dryer takes over 3 hours. Who has time for that...no one. I recommend buying multiple washers and dryers. My clothes still did not dry. Started at 9 pm to wash. I placed them to dry for 3 hours, and they were still damp after the 1st tume. I took out clothes to see if that would help. It did not. I got up at 3 am to check, then again at 5 a.m., then at 7 am....
