Reception area is very nice and beautiful, staff were very nice and welcoming. The location is excellent, right next to the train stayion. The breakfast is the best thing as it was AMAZING. Room was very nice ans elegent however a bit small and not much storage space.

The staff in general was very friendly, the property is stunning and very well located.The reception staff were incredibly kind and polite, especially Live, who made me feel truly welcome and gave a wonderful first impression of the hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

Great hotel, High standard of decor and excellent staff. Bars and restaurant top quality, food excellent. Also hotel is central. Opposite the main railway station and Central Bus and tram stops. Shops and restaurants close by and about 10 mins walk to the harbour and opera house.

Room was clean and tidy and the staff across all areas were excellent and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and although it was very busy that particular weekend, due to a few pre Christmas parties, the staff, especially in the bar / diner and main reception were very attentive and friendly. Staff very helpful, when we didn't like how far our room was from the elevator, they moved us closer & even into bigger rooms. The view was amazing too. Breakfasts were exceptional, so much variety. The location was perfect, so close to all the various transportation to get around the city. A short walk to the Central Train Station & Tourist Information. We stayed here 18 years ago, and so had to stay again. We were very happy!
