"The room was exactly what we asked for, which is rare when you ask for an accessible room. Most hotels just make sure there is a bar in the restroom, not understanding that that doesn't make it accessible. Our bathroom had the roll in shower for a wheelchair, therefore making it accessible. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful and the property was clean and quiet. It was a very pleasant stay. "

"A group of American Legion Riders from Dothan, AL stayed there overnight. We couldn't all fit in one room to socialize so the staff let us use their dining area. We enjoyed our stay there. The atmosphere was so quiet, peaceful, and clean. We will stay here again when we are passing through. Thank you for such a wonderful experience."

"Room smelled musty, bathroom floor was very dirty, several chips in bathtub, overall did not look clean. Hotel is definitely showing its age and badly needs a major renovation. This is the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites I have ever stayed at. Will not be returning."
