Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. Second big minus point, beds are very VERY bad. Just like a plank of wood and a piece of sheet (pun intended) on it. Very painful for your back. "I love the hotel and am a repeat guest for over 20 years. The pool is wonderful when the air pollution is not high and the complimentary yoga classes are a great way to start the day. The food in all the restaurants is delicious and I especially enjoy the breakfast buffet. The spa has good service. I am always treated wonderfully by the staff. The old world charm keeps me coming back."

"Very helpful staff form minute you step in into a lobby. Extremely clean rooms grate breakfast with wide variety of Indian and western dishes. Restaurant’s food extremely good. It is old historic property really something to enjoy "

"Checked in for one night only before an early train. Room was filthy, bed sheets dirty, looked like shower had never been cleaned. Water to the room stopped half way though the night. Two key cards were given to the guy who showed us up to the room but he only left one so slept with heavy cases in from of the room all night. Noisy all night from other guests."
