"The restaurant on site was excellent. There was an entrance from the hotel to the City Creek Shopping Center next door which was very convenient. The valet was quick but careful and housekeeping was prompt with extra tissues we needed. My only complaint was that the WiFi was NOT included in the room rental. We just used our own Internet connection. The room had adequate outlets and USB ports. We forgot the cable for the video game player but all the connections were easily accessible on the desk. The views from our floor (16th) to the north and to the south were beautiful! Our private balcony was great. We will definitely stay here again."

"We love staying here. The hotel is beautiful. Someone is always playing the piano. It’s very clean. The food is good at the restaurant. It’s a lovely day. I highly recommend it."

"They had plenty to eat at breakfast: eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal. No complaints there. We were there 2nd weekend in April and the hotel was like a sauna. Outside temp was middle 70’s. Rooms had A/C so that was good. Room itself was in need of a serious up grade. Not sure I’d stay again as I did notice some mold growth in ceiling in bathroom. But it was easy to walk to train and get to everywhere we needed to get to."

"The location was good where it was walkable to the TRAX. The breakfast was good too, lots of options although we came when right before it closed at 9am. There were still a lot of people there eating and serving themselves and some food was nearly gone. Perhaps they should keep the breakfast open until 930 or 10 if possible. The room was large, clean, and very accommodating. The staff were friendly, helpful, and amazing. My only complaint was we were next to a room with a bunch of teenagers who were loud between 10-12pm. Then we were woken up around 2-3am by loud music. Hard to stay at a place and get a good nights sleep with all the noise. I would stay here again though"
