"Rydges Geelong the staff has been really nice and helpful. We were in double double room and it was nice & clean. We didn't book the breakfast, but I saw the buffet area and it was quite simple, I don't think it is worth."

"The Novotel is very well situated. For a fairly new hotel I did find the room looked abit tired and the bathroom was not very clean, with hairs and grime. There was also building maintenance outside our room as they are expanding the hotel. Definitely not great if you are planning a sleep in or want to go out on your balcony as you have a bunch of Trades all staring at you. This would have been good to know at the time of booking. For the price and experience I would not stay here again."

It was made even more pleasant by receiving an unexpected upgrade to which we were very grateful and appreciated.
