"I was informed AFTER confirming our booking that there *may* be construction noise from 7am-5pm. And that's exactly what happened. The workmen started with at least 3 simultaneous hammer drills, seemingly right into the wall and ceiling of our room - it was so loud - right from 7am. Lots of materials and movement of construction objects. The room was uninhabitable and made the mornings awful, creating headaches and a rush to be anywhere else. "This is beautiful accommodation overlooking a magnificent and well maintained golf course. The restaurant meals were fabulous & the reception staff went the extra mile to provide excellent service.
