"the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice."

"Nice location, in a walkable distance to the subway (Tozai Line) and Maruyama Park. "We - a family of 4 - stayed in the Kyoto - JAPANESE Modern room and absolutely loved it. The room is very spacious and full of natural light due to plenty of windows. It even had an accessible balcony with beautiful views to the park. The mattresses were all very comfortable and the duvets were next level fluffy. No-one wanted to get out of bed in the morning. The place including the 2 x toilets and 2 x showers was super clean and so were bed linen and towels. Staff were very polite and helpful....

"どちらかというとラブホテル街のイメージの強い中島公園エリアですが、ここ周辺は閑静で落ち着いており安心できました。 部屋もシングルで使うにはもったいないくらい新しく広々。長期滞在用にキッチンや洗濯機も備えており使いやすいと思います。 少し残念なのは禁煙ルームが続いてるのに隣室から煙草の煙が入り込んで臭いがしてたこと。寝室の扉を閉めて寝ましたが朝まで臭いは抜けませんでした。ホテル側に落ち度はなく、利用する方のモラルが問われますね。"
