We were fortunate to book this hotel and had a wonderful stay. It is outside of Kochi city, but we had a car making it convenient to explore the area. Safe area and excellent shopping options. Room was dark/poor lighting. Flashlight didn’t work- house keeping didn’t clean tub or mugs. The overall temperature of the common areas could have been cooler.
