"We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. They did try to help, but we’re not the youngest of people, so we ended up finding another hotel in Mulhouse,...

"Rapport qualité-prix un peu décevant, le SPA était rempli de personnes ce qui rendait impossible de se détendre. Pour le check-out nous avons dû attendre car il y a avait beaucoup de monde en même temps et que deux employées à la réception. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bien mais c'est dommage que le personnel ne débarrasse pas les tables pour les prochains clients, il n'y avait que des tables libres au soleil. C'est quand même dommage de devoir débarrasser soit même la table."

"De kamer was nogal basic en heel klein. Je had geen ruimte om je valies of spullen te zetten. De badkamer was ook heel klein. De bedden lagen goed en het ontbijt was OK. Het hotel was goed voor 1 nacht, maar ik zou er niet langer willen verblijven."

"Great location in the center, but the reception lobby and rooms are all a little dated. I was expecting something nicer and larger for the price. I guess you’re paying for the location, even though you must park 5 minutes away and walk in. We did not know we had a room on the 3rd floor with a tiny spiral staircase, and brought our rolling luggage. If we’d known, we would have brought a smaller overnight bag. "War zur heißen Zeit da und begrüßte es das es eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer hatte. Ebenso einen Wasserkocher für Kaffee und Tee. Die Zimmer sind sehr leise man hört keine anderen Gäste oder die Straße. Für besuch der Stadt Colmar und Umgebung sehr bequem da Parkplätze gratis und in die Innenstadt kann man laufen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut ."
