"saya menginap tipe apartment. Sangat bersih, luas, fasilitas sangat lengkap, sungguh sulit dipercaya saya bisa mendapatkannya dg harga yang murah. Lokasi hotel persis diseberang lego land, hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki melewati mall of medini (sebutan mall agak berlebihan bagi saya, sebenarnya hanya terdiri dr beberapa resto dan mini market). Lingkungan hotel sangat sepi. Tetapi untuk wisata keluarga ke lego land, tidak ada yg lebih baik selain menginap disini. "

"Everything was great! Except a small feedback, upon check in, perhaps the cleaner just cleaned up the room, so in the master room toilet there is some bits of water on the floor that did not dry up totally. That may be hazardous to cause guest to slip and fall, esepcially if there are seniors. The kitchen utensils are not enough for a bigger group of guests. Other than that, the rest are great!"

"Only thing I feel is lacking is some coffee and tea supplies. And also more towels would be good. Only 6 bath towels. Some face towels and small hand towels would be good. And some detergent pods for laundry . Water is provided so that is good. "

"Mattress wasn’t too comfortable but otherwise everything is great"

"Good location and good size room. Walking distance to CIQ. City Square and Komtar JBCC within walking distance. Highly recommend."

"Management was accommodating to our request. However, amenities like shampoo, dishwashing liquid and sponge were not replenished. Fridge of this unit gave very loud noise. Hopefully you might want to look into this. Overall stay is okay in terms of location and to access the unit. "

"On the plus side, the apartment was very clean and spacious with a good view. On the downside,there was no toaster for European travellers, also the small hotplate provided did not work. "

"I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment and everything was generally in order. However, I encountered a few issues, such as a stuck sliding door in the master bedroom, toilet flushing problems in the junior master and a non-working TV. I reported these through the QR code and most of the issues were promptly resolved. "Clean and decent. Rooms are generally comfortable, only thing is don’t have warbrobe. Having mahjong room is great! Booked 2 units and 1 of them don’t have frying pan for own cooking. Overall still clean and decent accommodation. "

"The property has basic amenities and furnishing. It met basic needs. Check in and out was easy. The aircon units however were not cold at all. "

"Check-in/out time can be improved, 4pm is abit too late for check-in. And instruction was also sent late.l Check-in process can also be improved, for 1st timer is abit complicated as we weren't know where the letter-box is located to picm-up the key. Security is tight too. Room wise, beds are comfortable. Enough towels."
