"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! "I arrived at the hotel only to find out that it was closed, despite having a confirmed reservation. I attempted to contact them by phone multiple times, but no one responded. This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. In the end, I was forced to find a last-minute alternative at the hotel further down the avenue.
