"Staff was helpful and accommodating for a last minute request on a holiday weekend. There needed too be more attention to detail when it came to cleaning. The basics of cleaning were completed but the walls were dirty and the base of the bed needed a good steam clean. The shower was tepid and I couldn't get it to hot but that is less critical on the desert summer. They had an icre machine in the front office and the pool looked clean. The AC worked perfectly. Overall, it was a convenient, affordable visit."

"It was not a very well maintained hotel for it being as new as it is.Our room key wouldn’t work the next day of being there so we had to go get it fixed.Very noisy as well."

"I have stayed here numerous times, so I have been familiar with the property. I will say this is the first time I was extremely disappointed. Is it out dated? Yes/no (depends where you end up staying). This has not stopped me from booking through out the years. Does the value out weigh the negatives? Some what. This recent trip was just terrible. The only reason I would come back again is because the staff did try to make it better. I was disappointed to see there was HAIR around the bathroom tub, and dirty. This has never happened before. The hand towels were STAINED which again, never had happened. Ran out of body wash and shampoo, and toilet paper was at a minimum. I wanted to call them to let them know about the shower but after the 8+ hr drive I had to suck it up since the front desk was closed for the night. I thankfully always use water shoes. However, was disappointed even my towels were dirty. Was paranoid the rest of my stay, checking everything over and over. Might stay again, but not sure. I have stayed here numerous times and this is the first time I experienced a dirty room."

"The bed was not comfortable. I never have the feeling I am going to fall off the hard mattress bed at home. Faucet in sink would not run cold water and was very very very loose in its mounting. Towels were more like tea towels. Bathtub/shower could have used a bathmat because the tub was very slick plastic. Noise and vibration from trains across the street kept us awake at night. No in room coffee or even cheap plastic glasses. Just a cheap, minimally kept throwback to the 1950s. Room was clean."
