"Other than the dirty carpet in guest room and the malfunctioning desk chair in same room the rest of the hotel was 5 stars. The only other recommendation would be to remove the parking charge for hotel guests."

"The property was well kept and clean. Staff was personable and professional. However, I was no able to watch the TV in my room because all premium stations were blocked. When I entered my room those stations were able to be seen. I left for dinner and when I returned, I was unable to view those stations, ie, HGTV. I called the desk and those services were restored. "Horrible experience. Our first room had a loud humming noise and noticeable vibration coming through the wall, making it impossible to relax. We went to the front desk and asked to switch rooms. The employee was helpful, but unfortunately the only room available had a strong musty odor. We reported the smell, and someone came up to spray an air freshener, but it only masked the odor temporarily. After looking into it further, we realized the smell was coming from the air conditioner. Every time...

"We had a comfortable stay and the room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and it was a great place to rest after a long day of traveling. The staff was friendly and made check-in and check-out easy. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast. While it was appreciated, there were very limited options compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, so it could definitely be improved. "The room was way too small for an extra bed - been to other properties where a 1 bed suite is way more spacious. Most housekeeping staff only spoke Spanish. That said nice property"
