"Our room (Room #1) was spacious enough for 2 people for our 1-night stay. We had problems with the heating system working properly. I reported it to the man at reception because it was freezing in our room - he came in, it took him a few minutes to get it to work, then he left, and then it got too hot and we had problems getting it to cool off. "Check in with Gabriel was excellent but when transferred to Savoia the woman checking us in was negative and told me that Gabriel did not tell us we had free breakfast which he did and we did after going rounds with her and her calling others to protect her charging for breakfast. Not a good start at a 5 star property."
