"Close to the main station, the metro and other public transport, and walkable to the main tourism locations. Lovely well-conserved late 19th century building. I had a spacious high-ceilinged room in traditional style with a mosaic patterned floor. The hotel lift is a wonderful piece of century-old engineering, which works most of the time - and will probably be fine by the time you read this."

"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...

"Our stay was extremely disappointing, and we ended up leaving almost immediately. The apartment has no air conditioning and no fans, making it unbearably hot during the summer. The temperature inside was so high that sleeping at night was impossible. The mattress and pillows were extremely soft, causing both of us to wake up with significant body aches. To make matters worse, we were charged an additional €20 for a late check-in, which felt unreasonable given the overall condition of the...

"Good location, very near to the main station and Metro access. It’s still walkable to the historical center of the Genova City. Only 5 minutes to the main Place. Breakfast is good and a lot of choice. The people who are working are so nice and helpful. That is important now a days because a lot of apartment hotels without the reception and human being. This Hotel has a great human being to help you!! Big advantage!!"

"Beautiful hotel, staff was friendly, helpful. Rooms were nice and clean . The gym is small only one treadmill and one exercise bike . Had to wait to use the gym otherwise everything was great"
