"The staff was very professional and friendly. The hallways need to be cleaned (vacuumed) better. The front desk area when you enter the hotel smelled very moldy. This hotel had a lot of dogs ( some of them large). In spite of having quiet hours, we were woken up several times by barking dogs. This is a reality at this hotel and should be taken into account when staying here."

Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help …."

"My daughter and I had dinner at the bar on Monday, 3/16. We were there from just after our check in (probably 7:30-8:00 pm) until after 10:00 pm. We had a very emotionally, physically, and mentally draining 10 days in McKinney and needed a break. For the time we spent at the bar, enjoying cocktails, wine, and dinner (the wings were fabulous!!!), Chris and Austin treated us like family members, allowing us an escape from a reality we never thought we would be dealing with.
