"We liked how accommodating the staff was. We didn’t like that half the outlets in our room didn’t work- including the television."

The only issue had to do with late night noise from some of the folks staying there and the issue of street racing at night which is not under your control but often made it hard to stay asleep. "The staff was FANTASTIC! The room looked good it was clean the beds were comfortable. We were getting the trash can out from under the sink and the biggest roach came out. We called down to the front desk they sent someone up to spray. The other issue was the bathroom door was a pocket door and the handle was ripped off. So the door would just slowly open on its own while you were using the bathroom or showering. We told the front desk and the said they could send someone up the next day. It was...

"They must of made the walls from paper. The noise from the street and neighbors was louder than usual. And because the floors in each room were vinyl planks, you could hear every foot step from the floor above."

"Expedia's price was $40 more than the hotel itself. The hotel was under significant construction and the hot tub was broken. The breakfast was ok, but there were several items unfilled that we had to ask for filling, and a few were not refilled during our time downstairs."

"My door to my room stuck and had to use your full body weight to get in. Then door wouldn’t close all the way. No Internet in the room but had internet outside the door. I have stayed here once a year for the past 4 years now and see this property going downhill."

Loved that you could walk across the parking lot to the Cactus Jack’s mexican restaurant to eat. Very convenient and a good place to eat. Enjoyed our stay very much!"
