"Newly renovated"

"Room was dirty, bathtub was so stained it was dark grey. Room had not been cleaned it had dust and dirt on headboard. Old hotel so a little run down is expected. A good cleaning crew wouldake a big difference. Windows and mirror looked liked they were cleaned with dirty water. "

"Beer cans left in hallway from workers attempting to remodel, no tv channels, low water pressure, never had to fill out a sign in sheet just to get towels before at any hotel, remodel workers doing more talking and blaring music then work and hotel workers hanging with them so poor service during those hours or able to talk and hear reasonably"

"The hotel and the room were very clean and well maintain, the room was very well clean and even smelled clean, no half way job was done, clean sheets were changed on the bed, but the problem was the bed itself. The bed itself was so hard we both had hip problems to where it was hard to even walk"

"Our room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. We got to enjoy the pool and hot tub for a little while even though it was almost time to close, the AC worked really good and the shower was very nice and warm. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We always like to stay there."

"Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious. Only downfall was several things weren’t working; elevator, one of the entry doors where we had to park due to full parking (could only be open through the inside not with keycard) & the treadmill wasn’t working. "

"Clean and updated. I liked the bathroom except for the barn door - not a fan of barn doors on bathrooms cause they don’t ever close all the way to give complete privacy. Evening staff not so friendly but morning staff was wonderful. "

"Hotels.com should implement a way to verify all amenities are working. For the majority of our stays, we choose based on quality of breakfast and the most important is a hot tub. I am disabled. Ofter I need to soak after a long day. When we go to check-in and are told, "no the hot tub is not working" I feel I have been bait and switched. If a hotel does not have what they advertise there should be a penalty. Hotels.com needs to have a way to show this."
