"Close to freeway for easy travel, but no noise from freeway. We have stayed here several times over the years and staff is always very helpful. Breakfast is always very good. We checked out at 3:30 am to head home and they had a breakfast to go bag for us ."

"Trashy hotel, room was musty smelling, Chair and ottoman had the vinyl peeled off a good protion, Furniture looked about 30 years old and beat up sdiscolored etc. Being right on the freeway the room was very noisy. The outside of the place had homeless peole wandering around including by the motion sensor door that got the bouncer looking dude up to follow him. I basically walked in the room and walked out told the desk I was checking out and wanted a refund. THey said check with my third party...

"Smell of urine when we first walked up to the door to check in! Carpet in the room was so dirty and paint on it plus paint splatters on the wall… shower curtain was torn and could not get the bathwater to turn all the way off… brought us a hairdryer since there was none in the room and it would not work. I have stayed in hotels for some 30 years in this ranks is one of the worst!!"

"The elevator area has spider webs you have to get around in the doer ways to get into it. The elevator looks as though it’s never been cleaned. The walls are so thin you can hear the other people next doo whispering"

"My room was clean; however it was old and run down, moisture ants appeared in my bathroom so I needed to switch rooms. In my first room, the TV did not work, the carpet was horribly stained, the tub needed to be replaced, the lampshade was stained, the mattress was lumpy, the furniture was all chipped, and the furnace and road noises were loud. This room also wreaked of old cigarette smoke, and the in room phone did not work, so you could not ring the office. I was also greeted with the stench...

"PROS: Absolutely great property, very clean, nice & helpful staff. Bed comfortable but a bit on the firm side for our liking. Best to bring your own pillow if you are use to something a bit thicker. Loved finding out, there is a blow dryer provided and the refrigerator was apartment sized. Oh, and the super comfy recliner.... CONS: If you plan on cooking, be sure to bring your own post, pans, knives, dishes, utensils, cups, mugs, extra dish soap, spounge and napkins. Don't plan on leaving...

"The property was dirty and multiple people ( I couldn’t tell if they were guests or not) were always in and out of the lobby asking for money and cigarettes. I booked this property for the advertised hot tub and was informed it had been broken for a long time and didn’t sound like it’s going to be fixed any time soon. Check in took over 20 minutes as the single front desk staff member argued with a customer who had no reservation and wanted a discount on the deposit, which they were given."

"We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. "The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Overall quiet. Hotel was convenient to downtown. Able to walk to and from so no concern about drinking alcohol and driving.,the breakfast was good and plentiful.,Staff were very helpful. Enjoyed stay and would return if coming back to area."

"I would like to be less critical; however, this was overall an extremely bad experience, and for paying $100 a night, that’s unacceptable. The sheets had stains on them, the pillows were flimsy and nonexistent, so that you had to double them over just to be like a normal pillow. On top of that, you only got two pillows per queen bed.
