"The staff was very polite and there were always people cleaning the floors throughout the hotel. The negatives were that we were there for 1 week and they only came in the room 1 time, if we wanted new towels we had to go get them ourselves. On the one day that they did come in to clean we were out for the morning and when we got back our door was not shut tight so we just pushed it open, luckily nothing was taken.
The lazy river looked dirty all the time and despite a sign saying "No Swimming" there were kids swimming in it constantly so we were not able to use it and relax.
All the pools were always over crowded so if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay this is not for you. If you have kids you may enjoy this more, the kiddie water park looked like a lot of fun and was the cleanest of all their water areas.
We also had a dog staying in a room near us that barked all night and we had to walk around dog poop on the rug outside our room one morning until the cleaning staff did their rounds and picked it up.
It was however a very convenient place to stay for beach access and the hotel did provide chairs."
