"Staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very helpful giving us directions to our destinations. Breakfast was hot & good every morning we stayed there. Nice indoor swimming pool. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean & roomy. Air conditioner didn’t work too well. Kept the room cool enough but it seemed to make the room damp. Ice machine on 3rd floor was broken. Had to go down to 1st floor for ice"

"Everything does not go the way you want. When we and my wife got to the hotel and checked the room smelled terrible but was immediately fixed. I am greatful for the staff day middle and night crew and the hospitality and the fast pace on fixing any issues or questions I had."

"Not enough soap was provided. Only one small bar that we had to use for washing hands and showers. I guess I could have asked for more, but I expect to have one for the sink and a second one for the shower. Plenty of towels, though. The breakfast was adequate. The coffee was good. The walls are a little thin. The room next to ours had the TV going all night. It wasn't loud, but you could still hear it. The AC worked well. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were just right, not too big or too flat. We were only there for one night, and we got in very late and left well before check out time so we did not take advantage of any amenities. The staff was friendly enough, but we were smelly BMT hikers and probably looked like homeless people so I didn't expect too much hospitality. Check in and check out were both very efficient."

"The cabin was exceptionally clean. My only complaint was the mattress on the bed. I hurt so badly when I got up every morning that I cut my trip by 1 day. I just couldn't take the pain of that mattress any longer."
